Privacy Policy

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the Network's services are subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of Greek law (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000, and Article 8 of Law 2819/2000) and European law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are formulated taking into account the rapid development of technology, especially the Internet, as well as the existing — although not fully developed — framework of legal regulations regarding these issues. Within this context, any possible future relevant regulation will be included in this section. The Network includes links to other websites which are not controlled by the Network but by third parties (natural or legal persons). The Network is not responsible under any circumstances for the privacy policies that these third parties follow.

The IP address through which the user's computer accesses the Internet and subsequently the Network is used exclusively for the collection of statistical data.

General Terms for the Protection of Personal Data

• The Network safeguards the personal nature of your data and cannot transfer it to any third party (natural or legal person) for any reason, with the exception of provisions required by law and only to the competent authorities.
• The Network keeps records of the personal data that the visitor/user sends solely for communication, financial, and tax purposes.
• The visitor/user can contact the appropriate department to confirm the existence of their personal record, request its correction, modification, or deletion.
• Visitors/users of the Network who are minors may access the Network’s services only with the consent of their parents or guardians and are not required to submit their personal information. In the event that such data are submitted by minors, the Network deletes the relevant information.
• The Network, and specifically the marketing department, may process part or all of the data you have submitted for statistical, financial, or service improvement purposes.
